Refund policy

This policy covers courses bought on the WebAsha Learning Campus (lms.webasha.com). It follows the refund & cancellation policy on webasha.com, which applies to all WebAsha programs.

The short version

Course fees are not refundable once your payment goes through. Your access, materials and labs start right away, so we can't take them back. If your plans change we will try to help in other ways (see below).

What is not refunded

Changing your mind, or not having time to take the course.
Not watching the lessons, or not attending live classes.
Not passing a vendor exam, or not getting a job or interview.
Courses bought with a discount, coupon or special offer.
GST and payment-gateway charges.
Exam vouchers once they are issued.
Problems with your own device or internet connection.

What we can do instead

Move to a later batch of the same live program, once, if seats are available.
Give your seat to someone else before the batch starts, with our written approval.
A credit note worth what you paid, valid for 12 months on any WebAsha course, where we agree to it.

When you will get your money back

You were charged twice, or charged for a course you didn't get access to. We refund the extra payment in full.
We cancel a course or batch and can't offer you another one. You can choose a credit note, a move to another course, or a refund.

How to ask

Email [email protected] from your registered email address within 3 days of paying, with your name, the course and your payment reference. Approved refunds go back to the card, UPI or account you paid with within 7 to 14 working days, after deducting GST, gateway charges and the value of anything already delivered. Any exception is at WebAsha's discretion.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a payment with your bank. If a payment is reversed, access to the course is removed.

Nothing in this policy takes away rights you have under Indian consumer law.
